Environmental and Social Impact Assessment availability for the “Arctic LNG 2” Project

SACE is considering a potential involvement in the “Arctic LNG 2” Project for the development and construction of natural gas extraction fields, including facilities for the production, storage and transportation of liquefied natural gas (LNG), to be built in the Gydan Peninsula of West Siberia (Russian Federation).

SACE is carrying on the environmental review of this project based on the Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA) publicly available on the Project Company site, at the following link arcticspg.ru; this notice is given in compliance with disclosure requirements of the OECD Recommendation “Common Approaches for Officially Supported Export Credits and Environmental and Social Due Diligence” and does not imply any comment or endorsement by SACE.
