Environmental and Social Impact Assessment availability for the Mero 2 Project

SACE has received an application for the Mero 2 Project for the fabrication, commissioning operation and

maintenance of a new built Floating Production, Storage, and Offloading unit (FPSO Sepetiba).

The FPSO Sepetiba will be used for the further development of the Mero field, located in Libra Block BM-S-11 in the Santos Basin (Brazil). The Mero Field is included in the general permitting process of the Stage 3 of the Santos Basin Pre-Salt; the related Environmental and Social Impact Assessment Report and Non-Technical Executive Summary (NTS) report are available in Portuguese at the link1 and link2. This notice does not imply any comment or endorsement by SACE.
