Environmental Impact Assessment availability for the Duqm Project

SACE is considering support for the Duqm Refinery Project which comprises i) 230,000 BPD complex refinery and on-site utilities, infrastructure and storage located within the Special Economic Zone at Duqm ii) product export terminal at the Port of Duqm iii) crude storage facility at Ras Markaz and iv) 80km crude pipeline from Ras Markaz to the refinery, in Oman.

SACE is carrying on the environmental review of this project on the basis of the Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA) provided by the Sponsor; SACE makes it available without any comment or implied endorsement.
