SACE and Cariparma Crédit Agricole have finalized the third consecutive operation totaling € 2.4 million earmarked to support the expansion of Weightpack s.r.l. in the Spanish market. The mantua-based company, with production facilities in Italy and the U.S., is specialized in the production and marketing of technologies for net-weight filling, sterilization of containers and caps, sealing and capping, cip/sip units, and turnkey lines.

SACE successfully placed its first perpetual subordinated bond for a total of € 500 million.
The issue sold out in just a few hours, attracting the interest of 280 international institutional investors with orders of € 3 billion, equal to six times the offering. Based on this extremely positive reaction, the yield guidance initially announced was revised to 3.875%.
